There are flavours that need no explanation. They are the ones that take you back home. For us, it all began in Sicily, surrounded by the aroma of coffee, homemade desserts and that unmistakably Italian desire to gather around a table together. Then came London. Thirteen years ago, a father and his daughter left Sicily to build something new. A new life, a new city, new experiences and a world completely different from the one they had known.

London taught us a lot: speed, creativity, cultural influences and, above all, that traditions don't necessarily have to remain stuck in time. They can change. They can evolve. They can become something new without losing their soul. And it is precisely from this idea that DIRTYMISÙ was born. We took one of Italy's most beloved desserts and decided to look at it through different eyes. We didn't simply want to make another tiramisù. We wanted to create our own. A more contemporary, bolder, more playful tiramisù. A dessert capable of bringing together who we were with who we have become after thirteen years of living in London.

The foundation remains the one we love: cream, coffee, ladyfingers and cocoa. But around this tradition, we started experimenting. New flavours, new combinations, new textures and, above all, a completely different way of presenting tiramisù. That's where the name DIRTYMISÙ comes from. Because tiramisù doesn't always have to be perfect. It can be creamy, indulgent, messy, covered in cocoa and absolutely irresistible.
